Board Meeting

Call to Order: The meeting convened at 9:03 a.m. with the following present:

Janet Whitney. Chief Industrial Appeals Judge

Jane Beaulieu, Human Resources Manager

Approval of Minutes: The December 18, 2007 Special Board Meeting minutes were approved.

Personnel: The Chief Industrial Appeals Judge reported on the Multi-Track reviewer position, and reported that we will add a legal secretary position in the Seattle office.

Operational Plan: We discussed the 2008 Operational Plan. We will finalize and post it on the intranet.

Adjournment: There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 a.m.
