Board Meeting

March 18, 2008

Call to Order: The meeting convened at 9:05 a.m. with the following present:

Cal Dickinson, Member

Frank Fennerty, Jr., Member

Janet Whitney, Chief Industrial Appeals Judge

Bob Liston, Chief, Administrative Services

Dave Threedy, Executive Secretary

Jane Beaulieu, Human Resources Manager

Jay Raish, Confidential Secretary

Excused Absence: Tom Egan, Chair

Approval of Minutes: The March 4, 2008 Board Meeting minutes were approved.

Appeals Received: The Appeals Received numbers were reviewed.

Minutes on Internet: It was agreed that we will post minutes for the past six months. The Confidential Secretary will redact names in sensitive personnel matters.

HB 3139: The Executive Secretary is leading the process discussion. A meeting is scheduled for this afternoon. The Chief Industrial Appeals Judge and the Chief, Administrative Services are leading the tracking discussion. A meeting is scheduled for tomorrow. This matter is TICKED for the April 1 Board Meeting.

Seattle Office: Member Dickinson moved to accept the 4-year lease option for the new Seattle office. The motion was seconded by Member Fennerty and unanimously approved. This matter is TICKED for the April 1 Board Meeting.

Adjournment: There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 a.m.
