Rules for Structured Settlement Agreements
The Board adopted rules for structured settlements under Engrossed House Bill 2123 on November 22, 2011, with an effective date of December 23, 2011. A copy of the adopted rules is available by clicking on the link below.
The Board's electronic filing system is designed to simplify and speed the process of approving structured settlements. The application sets forth the information necessary to timely process a request for approval. This is the ONLY method you may use to request approval of a structured settlement. Applications received by any other method will not be considered.
