Driving Directions:

From I-5
Take Exit 104
Take the first exit off Highway 101 (Mottman Road, Courthouse)
At the top of the exit take a right.
Turn right again at next light.
Turn right again onto Evergreen Park Drive.
Turn left on Chandler Court.
Visitor parking is the 1st driveway on the right.
From Highway 101, Driving East.
Take Crosby Road exit.
Turn left crossing over the Highway.
Turn right at second set of stop lights.
Turn right again onto Evergreen Park DR.
Turn left onto Chandler Court.
Visitor parking is the 1st driveway on the right.

From I-5, Driving South
Take James Street Exit
Follow James to 1st Avenue - Turn left
Travel south to 1st Avenue and South King intersection
Board is on the right (Pioneer Square area).
From I-5, Driving North
Take exit 164B (4th Ave & SAFECO Field).
Turn right off of ramp onto 4th Ave.
Turn right at first light. You will pass between SAFECO Field and the Exhibition Center.
Turn right onto 1st Ave.
Travel North until you get to King St. This should be the first light after turning onto 1st Ave.
Turn left onto King St and the building is on the left hand side.

Take Exit 280 - Lincoln Street
Travel 6 blocks to Main Street - Turn right
Travel 2 blocks to Wall Street (one way north) - Turn left
Board office is on left
The Old City Hall is at the corner of Spokane Falls Boulevard and Wall Street. The Old City Hall is directly across the street to the south from Riverfront Park. There is a large maroon sign which is on the temperature, and reads "D.A. Davidson." Look for that sign and you'll have located Old City Hall.
River Park Square parking is 1 block west of Old City Hall, indoor parking. Additional street level parking is available 2 and 3 blocks to the east of Old City Hall on Main Street, outdoor parking.

Take Exit 189, (Everett Mall Exit)
If exiting Northbound, at the stop light take a left.
You will cross over the freeway, at the next light turn left onto Everett Mall Way.
Go thru 4 stop lights. 906 Everett Mall Way will be on the left hand side of the street
The building is located behind 1000 Everett Mall Way SE and an Applebee's. Look for a tall glass building. Parking is available for visitors and is marked with signs.
